We begin gathering on Sunday mornings prior to 10 am. The pastor is available to chat, and prayer rooms are open as we prepare ourselves to worship our Creator. At 10 am the children gather in our Education/Fellowship building (adjacent to the main sanctuary) to learn about the Bible through stories, games, crafts, and snacks. Meanwhile the adults gather for in-depth Bible study taught by Dr. Kerry Lee, Jr.
At 11 am, we all gather together for corporate worship: a time of prayer, singing, giving, praise, and preaching. We praise God with exuberance and reverence, finding that God does inhabit our praise. We sing hymns from our songbooks as well as choruses we have known and loved all our lives. We are blessed by members of our congregation singing special songs. We give cheerfully of our material wealth as an expression of our love and devotion for the God who gave everything for us. Usually, we are challenged and encouraged through Pentecostal preaching. Sometimes, though, God has other plans, moving upon us powerfully by his Holy Spirit to bring about His Kingdom in our innermost being, bringing spiritual and physical wholeness in accordance with his will. We try to place no boundaries on God, knowing that His plans and thoughts are not our plans and thoughts. God continually pours out his unfathomable love on us.
On the first Sunday of each month, we adjourn after morning worship to the Education/Fellowship building for a potluck dinner. All are welcome, and you need not feel any need to bring anything. We always have more than enough!
On the second Sunday of each month (typically), we meet at 6 pm in the evening for a special time of singing.
Wednesday nights at 7 pm we gather together for a time of prayer.
